Abstract

This theoretical study explores the impact of mass media and modern technology on the socialization process of adolescents. In an era characterized by an information revolution and rapid communication changes, these tools have become primary factors in shaping the values, attitudes, and behaviors of young people. The research addresses the problem of how modern communication technology affects social adjustment, highlighting both positive aspects, such as knowledge enhancement and digital skill development, and negative influences that may arise due to the emotional and mental immaturity of adolescents. By analyzing the role of media as a modern agent of socialization, the study aims to provide a clear vision of how these technologies redefine identity and social interactions. The research concludes with theoretical recommendations for families and educational institutions on guiding technology use to serve healthy social upbringing.
