This study aimed to investigate the role of cloud computing in enhancing knowledge management and administrative development at Koben Investment Company Limited. It sought to determine how cloud computing impacts the application of internal regulations and the simplification of administrative procedures. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach. The findings revealed a statistically significant role of cloud computing in supporting knowledge management processes. Additionally, a positive relationship was found between knowledge identification, work procedure simplification, and human resource development. While the study confirmed the impact of knowledge identification on administrative development, it found no significant role for intellectual capital in this context. The study recommended that the company's management should invest in cloud computing infrastructure to facilitate knowledge acquisition and transfer, alongside training employees on modern technologies to enhance administrative control systems.
